  • Yes—each pack is carefully curated, printed, and hand-cut by me. Because of this, small variations may occur, which are part of the handmade nature of the items.

  • As most items are handmade and made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom requests may be available depending on workload. Feel free to message me and I’ll let you know if I can create something for you.

  • Processing times may vary, but most orders are dispatched within 3-7 working days. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • I ship TRACKED to all locations in Australia.

    Tracking IS NOT AVAILABLE for the other countries I ship to which includes USA, CANADA, UK, IRELAND, FRANCE & GERMANY.

    I will be organising a tracking option soon.

  • All orders Australia wide take approximately 4-5 business days after handling.

    International orders take approximately 25+ business days and are sent untracked via a stamp.
